| The registration step is actually a two-part process. First, a designated family member (Mom, Dad, or guardian) enters some high-level, basic information. The website captures this information. In a few days, a letter arrives via regular mail (not email). This letter will include instructions on how to complete the registration step. Let's take a detailed look at the registration step. |

Registration Step 1 - From the PTE Little League Home Page, the family member will select the link called, "Create an Account". A form page will display asking for some basic, but very important registration information. This information includes the family member's name, Parsippany address, home phone number, and email address. The family member is also asked to create a family UserID specific to this website. The UserID will need to be eight characters long containing letters and/or numbers. The UserID will need to start with a letter.
As long as the requested UserID is not already taken by another PTE Little League family, the website will immediately respond back to the family member that registration step 1 has been completed. A confirmation email will also immediately be sent, based on the email address entered by the family member. The confirmation email will only contain information as it was entered by the family member on the website. |

Registration Step 2 - Within a few days, a paper letter will arrive in the mail -- at the address that was entered on the website during registration step 1. This letter will include additional instructions on how to complete the registration process. It will also contain a password.
The family member will revisit www.parsippanybaseball.com to complete the registration process. However, this time the family member will select the "Member Login" link. The family member will be presented with a UserID and Password screen, which he or she will enter the UserID previously created and the password contained in the letter. The website will detect this is "Step 2" of the registration process for this UserID and guide the family member through the rest of registration. To complete registration, the family member will need to enter the names of each additional family member of his or her family. That would include the Mom, Dad, and all the children for the family. Detailed information such as each child's birth date, grade level, medical history, emergency numbers, etc. would now be recorded on the website's database. Keep in mind all this information is being transmitted from the family members PC to the website's database in a secure mode.
When all the necessary information has been recorded by the system, registration is considered complete! No further action is required until the next Little League sign-up period starts. |
